Embarking on the journey of hiring your first staff member, can often be overwhelming.  This small group workshop offers a supportive space to explore the crucial aspects of hiring and navigating employment arrangements, through to workforce engagement strategies. 

Led by HR Strategist and Employment Lawyer Lisa Mannering, you will receive expert guidance on considerations and resources essential for hiring. Lisa will equip you with the knowledge needed to make informed decisions.  You will also receive a tangible checklist for reference long after the workshop concludes, ensuring they have the tools to navigate the hiring process with confidence. 

Following morning tea, Employment Lawyer Amanda Langtree will facilitate a round table discussion, inviting open dialogue and shared experiences among attendees.  This interactive session will address common challenges faced by businesses contemplating hiring, providing valuable insights and practical solutions.  

You will leave with the confidence and know how to take the leap and embrace business growth through employment.
