By submitting this Delegate Commitment Form you are confirming your attendance on the Trade Mission/Business Delegation.
Upon receipt of your completed Delegate Commitment Form, payment will be processed on your nominated credit card within 24hrs (business hours) and an invoice and receipt will be emailed to the nominated delegate.
A cancellation fee of 10% of the full cost will be incurred should you cancel your attendance after submitting a Delegate Commitment Form. Should you cancel your attendance within 14 days of submitting your Delegate Commitment Form, a cancellation fee of 50% of the full cost will be incurred. Should you cancel more than 14 days after submitting your Commitment Form, a cancellation fee of 100% of the full cost will be incurred.
